Conscious Fitness is finding the balance of Yin and Yang in your life. A fit body can help create a fit mind, just like a fit mind can help you achieve a fit body. Like Yin Yang, the body and mind are inseparable.
Conscious Fitness guides you on the journey of self-discovery. Everybody is different; therefore we will work with you on your fitness goals. Mindful that some people work better one on one, or in small teams, we will organise the training to suit your needs and goals.

Mark commenced his fitness journey by attempting to be a professional body builder at the tender age of 18. He soon realised that he didn't have the discipline, motivation, or (in hindsight) the maturity to commit to the structured routine that was required.
Mark continued with resistance training and sought out Martial Arts to force cardio into his training.. The mind and body connection experienced in a Martial Arts context introduced another dimension to Mark's fitness training.
After years of instructing Martial Arts, Mark observed many students coming and sadly leaving due to the extreme rigours of combat training, therefore losing the opportunity to continue their journey of discovery.
Mark obtained Master Trainer Qualification with the Australian Institute of Fitness and coupled with his Black Belt and years of personal training, created Conscious Fitness.
