Conscious Fitness self-defence is based on Taijutsu, which is loosely translated as “Body Potential”. Everyone’s body is totally different, consequently utilising your unique body, and maximising your specific body’s capabilities. You will explore strikes, kicks and grappling techniques. Training techniques standing and grounded. No competitions, patterns (kata’s) or ego. Self defence is not about being the best, it’s about finding and knowing the best in you!
